Beauty tips to maintain your skin clean, clear, healthy and glowing
Maintaining a skin is very simple and easy, because it requires lot of dedication to maintain your skin. Many peoples will think that it will require lot of time and some special skin care treatment should be taken.

- Wash your face every day morning and when you go to sleep
- Use a gentle cleanser formulated for your skin type.
- Remove every trace of makeup before you go to bed at night.
- Smooth on a toner after washing your face, as toner will remove any remaining oil, dirt or makeup
- Apply sunscreen lotion twice a day
- For a quick glow, apply a few drops of olive, coconut, or jojoba oil in the face.
- To lighten dark spots and acne marks, dab on fresh squeezed lemon juice, or apply organic grass-fed yogurt to your entire face and neck (leave on for 10 min¬utes) to lighten and brighten your skin
- To heal a pim¬ple quickly, apply 100% tea tree oil with a cot¬ton swab directly onto the pim¬ple every few hours, and apply vit¬a¬min E oil on the spot at night, about 1 hour before bedtime
- Try to sleep on silk pillow so that your skin looks glowing and youth
- Drink eight glasses of water every day
- Diet is also essential for having beautiful skin. Eating fiber-rich fruits, vegetables, and whole grains also supports the organs of elimination, especially the colon.
