WHAT IS FASHION RUNWAYS?
According to fashion field fashion runways give’s life to showcase the collections, a narrow walkway extending from a stage into an auditorium is known as a “RUNWAY”.
It is also called as a ramp. Ramp means models said to do catwalk in a runway to showcase the collections of the designers
To describe about runway it will be exactly narrow platform which runs forward into the auditorium it can be said in simple English as a “stage”.
Fashion models pass to the runway to showcase the designer’s collections like dresses and accessories.
The famous models are highly paid salary to walk in the fashion runway during fashion weeks, fashion shows or in any fashion events. Some fashion runway maybe like sitting in a runway or standing in a runways.
The most prestigious fashion runways are in the world’s hub cities of fashion which are Paris, London New York and Milan. The fashion runway as given a career for the young male and female models they gaining fame in this fashion field.
When the models showcase their designers collection they carry with a good attitude through a catwalk in a runway, some Models dream to walk (catwalk) in a runways. They just tell you that these are the collections and names given to the dresses by the designers which are featured the fashion runway — the haute couture which is meant for individual customers and is usually based on some specific theme. On the other hand the ready-to-wear collection, which is called as the prêt line is meant for the masses and consists of dresses that can be worn in day to day life also
