• Payal Tarafdar from Assam walked was crowned as the winner of Gladrags Manhunt Contest 2008 held at Spring Mills on April 12, 2008. She also won the sub title of "Miss Most Beautiful" at the same event. Payel was among the top 24 contestants at Gladrags Megamodel 2008 Contest, a beauty pageant organized by Maureen Wadia and Gladrags Magazine.
